Original Cannondale Lefty Hub smaller outer bearing. Cannondale's Lefty hubs are super high quality and light weight, so new bearings will bring an old hub right back to new! Outer bearing is not as likely to get contaminated as the inner bearing, but you will want to replace it after some period of time.
Also used in Rush + Gemini + RZ suspension pivots.
